UK SHIPPING TIMES
Due to recent delays in Royal Mail services during the pandemic we will only be shipping letters with 1st class and parcels with Hermes. Upgrades to 'Signed For' or 'Next Day by 1PM' services are available at checkout.
Royal Mail services (and upgrades) are :
- 1st Class 1-2 day delivery aim (not guaranteed) UNTRACKED
- 1st Class Signed For : 1-2 day delivery aim (not guaranteed) TRACKED
- Special Delivery by 1PM (from dispatch)
Delivery Confirmation
Hermes service is 2-3 days with tracking provided on dispatch
1-3 DAY PROCESSING TIME
Please ensure that the shipping service selected at check out allows for delays during the pandemic and suits your 'required for' date.
UNTRACKED SERVICES ARE NON REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF LOSS/DELAY
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Should your item be damaged in any way please provide photographic evidence (including interior/exterior of the packaging) in order for us to consider refunding any costs.
We do our best to package with sufficient protection, however please understand that mishandling by 3rd party services is out of our control.
CUSTOM AND PERSONALISED ORDERS
Cancellations and refunds are negotiable, depending on the nature of your order, please contact us to discuss. As Customs Orders require additional time to prepare we charge a 10% cancellation fee to process. We hope that you understand that our time is valuable to our business and family.
Customs and Duties to Europe
Handling agents will charge all EU orders a duty & customs charge which will be calculated on arrival in the country of destination. Seller is not responsible for duties on parcels.
